Author: Andrew LaflecheI
ANDREW LAFLECHE is an award-winning poet and novelist from St. Catharines, Ontario. He served under Operation Enduring Freedom during the Afghanistan War. Following his duty as an infantry soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces, Lafleche received an M.A. in Creative and Critical Writing from the University of Gloucestershire. His work has appeared in over one hundred publications across the globe. Beyond the written word, Andrew can fly single engine Cessna’s, drive anything 18-wheels down to two, rig a Catalina in the cool Northern Atlantic, and has engineered a 110-ft coast guard cutter up the Pacific. He’s been a firefighter, a locksmith, and a yoga teacher. He hunts, traps, and scuba dives, but his favorite activity, above all, is a long walk to nowhere, preferably through sleepy beachside towns.
