Thoughts beneath the scars is a collection of poems that represent a kaleidoscope of feelings about love and loss. Although the thoughts are mine

and we all experience loss uniquely, I believe many will find these to be relatable. These feelings are never linear, they may change from day to day

or sometimes even hour by hour. Emotions can quickly change from appreciation to frustration, or happiness can morph into anger momentarily.

But no matter how different these feelings may be, each and every one is valid.
